Sadtek, with its experienced technical staff, provides repair, maintenance, and on-site service for electronic systems, devices, and their associated printed circuit boards (PCBs) under ESD technical service conditions.

In its technical service operations, faults are detected without requiring the circuit diagram of the system or device and without applying power to the system. Fault detection and repair of defective components and modules on printed circuit boards are carried out by a team of experts with 17 years of experience.

Maintenance, repair, testing, and fault detection are performed by analyzing the V/I (ASA curve) characteristics of components on electronic boards. This process is conducted using a passive testing method, without applying supply voltage to the PCB.

With our service, end-users can receive their electronic boards for machines, systems, and devices in a fully operational and tested condition in a very short time, without the need for representative companies, authorized service centers, or overseas manufacturers. This helps eliminate production losses and high service costs.

For customers aiming to receive continuous service, special spare parts are kept in stock to provide quick solutions for urgent needs. Annual or periodic maintenance agreements are made with businesses or distributor companies within the scope of service for electronic systems and devices.
